His culinary voyage began in Canada back in 2013, where he honed his skills at esteemed establishments such as the Marriot Hotel and Edmonton Convention Center, serving as an accomplished Chef.

In 2020, Chef Jacob ventured into the realm of Franchised Business Management, assuming the role of General Manager at Gangnam Street Food Restaurants Inc. Additionally, he took on the position of Corporate Chef at Mirae Invest Company Inc., showcasing his remarkable versatility in the culinary field.

Chef Jacob's pursuit of culinary excellence extends beyond the kitchen. He has enthusiastically participated in esteemed culinary competitions worldwide, securing medals in events like the Canadian Food Championship and the World Food Championship in the USA. Notably, as part of the esteemed National Culinary Team Canada from 2018 to 2020, he won two prestigious Silver Medals at the esteemed Culinary Olympics (IKA) held in Germany.

Continuing his relentless pursuit of culinary mastery, Chef Jacob has earned the distinguished honor of being a WACS certified Class-B Culinary Judge in Canada. This remarkable achievement reflects his commitment to growth and further development of his culinary skills.
